What this covers
These terms govern your use of this website — the pages you are browsing now. This site is informational: it describes Fihan Edge and Interocept and lets you get in touch with us. It does not grant you a licence to any product, and it is not the agreement that governs an actual deployment of Fihan Edge or Interocept — that is a separate contract we put in place directly with each customer.
Acceptable use
Use this site for its intended purpose: to learn about what we build and to contact us. Don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other visitors, misrepresent your identity to us, or use it to transmit anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logos and marks on this site — including the Fihan Systems name and the Fihan Edge and Interocept product names — belong to us or are used with permission. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them, beyond viewing this site in your browser.
No warranty
This website, and the descriptions of our products on it, are provided "as is". We hold ourselves to the specific claims we make in that copy — see, for example, the claims-discipline section on the Interocept page — but the website itself carries no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Fihan Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where this site links to a third party — Web3Forms, for example — that site has its own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control and aren't responsible for.
